Associate Member Information & Agreement

While the Biological Laws present a transformative approach to healing, it also comes with several challenges for advocates, practitioners and their clients. This is mostly due to the non-acceptance of the science with unfounded conventional claims, continued suppression and ad hominem attacks upon Dr Hamer. Its conventional non-acceptance and the absence of formal training causes anyone who wants to practise with the Biological laws as a foundation, or share the knowledge with others, the challenge of finding suitable protection, support and insurance.

The Biological Laws of Nature Advocates provides a solution!

The BLNA is a Private Member’s Association (PMA), and therefore, members abide by the PMA’s Constitution and bylaws in the Private, and not in the Public. This effectively creates a separate, private jurisdiction enabling members to practice and advocate under the umbrella of the PMA, on the condition that they are acting in alignment with the PMA Constitution and Code of Conduct.

Any donations or payments made to a professional member of the BLNA makes their clients and/or workshop/talk participants Associate Members of BLNA for the duration of their session or interactions with them. This creates a contract agreeing that both are under the conditions of the Constitution, which asserts the right to operate privately and protect their association from undue interference, all while respecting the natural rights of their members to the freedom of receiving health information and the freedom of choice.

By agreeing to Associate Membership, you are agreeing to your own Code of Conduct, the main points of which are:

  • You understand that the PMA operates privately and is outside public jurisdiction
  • You recognise your voluntary participation and waive any public recourse
  • You acknowledge that decisions regarding your health are solely your own responsibility
  • You acknowledge that information provided to you is for educational purposes only and does not replace that of medical professional

In addition, Associate Membership benefits you in the following ways:

  • You are assured that the practitioner you are contracting with is bound by the BLNA’s strict, ethical Code of Conduct
  • You are assured that there is no bias or suppression of information provided (like there is required to be in the public domain due to restrictive legislature), giving you freedom to receive all information to make informed choices
  • You can benefit from an integrative, holistic approach to your well-being that focuses on self-empowerment, free from restrictions
  • You have access to the BLNA complaints procedure in case of any issues
  • View Membership Benefits for clients for more information

Associate Membership is only binding while you are in session or interacting with the Professional Member and there is no cost. Depending on how your Professional Member works, you become an Associate Member either by submitting the payment by proxy, or by checking an agreement box with a link to this message.
