Constitution of the Private Membership Association (PMA) for The Biological Laws of Nature Advocates (BLNA)

Preamble

We, the members of this Private Membership Association (PMA), establish this constitution to practice, promote, and advocate for the Biological Laws of Nature (also known as German New Medicine (GNM) and Germanische Heilkunde (GHK), hereafter referred to as GNM/GHK) as an alternative health and wellness approach. As a private assembly of individuals united by shared beliefs and a common mission, we exercise our inherent rights to freedom of association and private contract under natural law and international principles, including but not limited to those recognised under the UK Human Rights Act 1998 and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Article 20. This PMA operates exclusively within the private domain, minimising public jurisdictional interference to the fullest extent possible and complying only with unavoidable legal obligations, such as data privacy, where applicable. This constitution is intended to be valid and enforceable internationally, grounded in the universal right to private association and mutual consent.

Article I: Name

The name of this Private Member’s Association shall be the “Biological Laws of Nature Advocates” (BLNA), hereinafter referred to as BLNA.

Article II: Purpose

The purpose of the BLNA is:

  1. To educate, practice, promote, and advocate for the Biological Laws of Nature (GNM/GHK) and its principles, in alignment with the laws of nature, biology, and health.
  2. To provide information and support to members interested in GNM/GHK as an educational resource for alternative health practices.
  3. To provide a structure for members to exercise their private rights to explore, practice, and apply GNM/GHK within an autonomous private setting, free from public jurisdictional oversight except where mandated by essential legal requirements, such as data privacy, and designed to function internationally under private contract law.
  4. To provide resources for the ethical application of GNM/GHK, that is in line with GNM/GHK principles as taught by Dr. Hamer or his appointed teachers, while supporting members’ informed health choices.

Article III: Membership

Section 1: Eligibility
Membership is open to any individual who:

  • Agrees with the principles and objectives of GNM/GHK.
  • Understands that the BLNA operates as a private entity under private contract law, outside public regulatory oversight except for unavoidable legal mandates (e.g., data privacy), and acknowledges its international applicability.
  • Signs a membership agreement affirming voluntary participation, consenting to private dispute resolution, and waiving all recourse to public authorities or courts unless required by law.
  • Understands that the BLNA does not provide regulated medicinal or medical health services, and that GNM/GHK is purely educational.
  • Acknowledges that enforcement of this BLNA’s private status may depend on local recognition of private contract rights.

Section 2: Rights of Members
Members of the BLNA shall have the right to:

  • Access our information and resources on GNM/GHK.
  • Participate in private meetings, seminars, and other events organised by the association.
  • Seek guidance and advice from practitioners within the BLNA, as available.
  • Elect or be elected to serve on the governing board or committees of the BLNA.
  • Engage in the activities of the BLNA under the protections of private contract law, recognised internationally where such rights are upheld.

Section 3: Responsibilities of Members
Members shall:

  • Uphold the principles and values of the association.
  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members
  • Respect and observe the privacy and confidentiality of the private activities of the BLNA that are not already available to the public
  • Act in good faith in promoting GNM/GHK within the scope of this private association, to the best of their ability.
  • Support the BLNA’s objectives set forth in this Constitution, to the best of their ability.

Section 4: Termination of Membership
Membership may be terminated if a member:

  • Violates the principles or objectives of the BLNA.
  • Fails to comply with the membership agreement.
  • Acts in a manner detrimental to the association, as determined by a majority vote of the governing board.
  • Terminated members may appeal to the governing board within 14 days.

Membership may be terminated by a member:

  • Giving one calendar month’s notice to the governing board

Upon relinquishing your membership you shall:

  • Cease immediately to use any passwords and intellectual property of the BLNA. Intellectual property includes PMA logos, proprietary GNM/GHK materials, and member-only content.
  • Remove all BLNA logos, membership information and wording from your websites, communications and printed materials.

Article IV: Governance

Section 1: Governing Board
The governing board’s authority is established by this private constitution and member agreement. The governing board shall oversee the activities of the association and consist of four members, elected by the general membership. Board members must be active BLNA members for at least 6 months.

Section 2: Terms of Office
Members of the governing board shall serve a two-year term, with the possibility of re-election for additional terms.

Section 3: Duties of the Governing Board
The board shall:

  • Set policies and procedures for the association.
  • Manage the financial and administrative affairs of the BLNA.
  • Ensure all activities of the BLNA are classified as public or private, and those that are classified as private remain members-only, are defined as such by being available only on the membership website and are not available to the general public.
  • Appoint committees as necessary to assist in achieving the goals of the BLNA.
  • Perform occasional due diligence observation of members’ activity, as required and agreed by the board.

Section 4: Meetings
The governing board shall meet at least four times a year. Special meetings may be called by the chair or a quorum of three board members and 7 days’ notice.

Section 5: Disputes
All disputes shall be settled through private arbitration agreed upon by the governing board and involved parties.

Article V: Officers

Section 1: Officers
The officers of the BLNA shall be:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer

Section 2: Duties of Officers

  • President: Shall preside over meetings, ensure the execution of the association’s objectives, and represent the BLNA in any matters.
  • Vice President: Shall assist the President and act in their stead when necessary.
  • Secretary: Shall maintain records, including meeting minutes and member information.
  • Treasurer: Shall manage financial matters, including membership dues, donations, and budgets.

Section 3: Growth
New board officers shall be appointed or elected as required to enable efficient growth and administration of the BLNA, with decisions made at a membership meeting or a board meeting.

Article VI: Meetings of the Membership

Section 1: Annual Meeting
An annual meeting of the members shall be held to review the activities of the past year, discuss future plans, and for the election of members to the governing board by all members present.

Section 2: Special Meetings
Special meetings may be called by the President, governing board, or a petition signed by at least 25% of the membership.

Section 3: Quorum
A quorum for all membership meetings shall consist of 30% of the total membership. All meetings require a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

Article VII: Financial Matters

Section 1: Dues
Membership dues shall be set by the governing board and collected monthly by automated payment. These funds shall be used to run the BLNA and to further the goals and objectives of the BLNA.

Section 2: Donations
The association may accept donations from members or other private sources, provided they align with the principles and purpose of the BLNA. All donations outside of membership require approval by the board.

Section 3: Fiscal Year
The fiscal year of the BLNA shall begin on January 1 and end on December 31 of each year.

Section 4: Reports
The Treasurer shall present an annual financial report at the AGM.

Article VIII: Privacy and Confidentiality

All activities and communications within the BLNA are private and confidential, governed solely by this constitution and member agreements under private contract law. Members must uphold this confidentiality and recognise the BLNA’s operation as a private entity beyond public jurisdictional oversight, except where compliance with unavoidable legal obligations, such as data privacy (e.g., UK GDPR, applicable only as an exception and not as submission to public jurisdiction). This privacy framework is intended to be upheld internationally, consistent with the principles of private association.

Article IX: Amendments

This constitution may be amended by a two-thirds majority vote of the membership (including at least one of the members of the governing board) present at the annual meeting or a special meeting called for this purpose, provided that notice of the proposed amendments has been given to the members at least 30 days in advance.

Amendments shall remain consistent with the BLNA’s operation under private contract law and its international applicability.

Article X: Dissolution

Dissolution of the BLNA requires a Special Meeting, with the opportunity offered to members to assume leadership or continuation of the BLNA before Dissolution is granted. Dissolution requires agreement by the board and at least 50% of the membership.

In the event of dissolution of the BLNA, any remaining assets shall be distributed to non-profit organisations with goals aligned with the principles of GNM/GHK, as determined by the governing board.

Declaration

By signing this constitution or a membership agreement, members affirm their understanding and voluntary consent to the principles and governance of the Biological Laws of Nature Advocates as a private entity operating under private contract law. They recognise its autonomy from public jurisdiction, except for minimal legal obligations such as data privacy, and its intended validity internationally under universal principles of private association and mutual consent.
